FARMINGTON — The British are coming to the Four Corners region’s soccer scene.

Challenger Sports, a youth soccer camp organization featuring coaches from Great Britain, will make two stops at the Farmington Soccer Complex, located just a block from Ricketts Park at 967 Fairgrounds Road. The first will be June 11-15, and the second will be July 23-27.

Boys and girls ages 4 and older will have an opportunity to develop and refine particular skill sets, from passing and shooting to footwork and dribbling, and they will compete in mock FIFA World Cup competition playing as the country of their choosing.

Those who sign up will receive a free camp T-shirt, soccer ball, action poster and player evaluation form.

Challenger Sports holds more 3,200 youth soccer camps across the United States and Canada every summer.
