Base Camp is an outdoor blog that supplements The Daily Times' weekly outdoors page. The Four Corners is rich in outdoor activities and we've found that some of our favorite behind-the-scenes stories and photos on assignment for the outdoors page weren't getting shared.

Enter Base Camp, a place for both The Daily Times staff and the outdoors-y community to brag about their adventures.

Right now, The Daily Times has two freelance outdoors writers who populate both the outdoors section and this blog. They are Molly Maxwell and Jaclyn Waggoner.
