The Scorpions had a rough start to district, so it’s critical that they start stringing together consecutive district victories with the state tournament nearing. 

On paper, at least, Saturday presents a golden opportunity for FHS to win back-to-back times.

Navajo Prep vs. Thoreau, 6:30 p.m. Tuesday

The Lady Eagles are one win away from clinching the district title outright.

Prep’s safest bet to get the district title out of the way sooner is to jump on Thoreau sooner by taking the first two sets, especially considering Thursday’s win over Tohatchi was easier said than done. That match went to five sets.
