Kirtland Central Broncos jump up three spots in latest NMOTSC 4A football rankings
KCHS volleyball team cracks top 10 for first time in 2019
FARMINGTON — The Kirtland Central Broncos were rewarded in this week’s New Mexico Overtime Sports Center 4A football rankings after getting their first quality win of 2019.
Kirtland rose from eighth to fifth in the latest poll after taking down previously-unbeaten Grants, 42-34, last weekend.
Bloomfield and Aztec are second and fourth, respectively, in the latest 4A poll, while Piedra Vista and Farmington are fifth and sixth, respectively, in this week’s 5A rankings. Newcomb is No. 10 in the latest 2A poll.
Kirtland volleyball finally ranked
The Lady Broncos cracked the top 10 for the first time in 2019, climbing up to number 10 in this week’s 4A rankings. Navajo Prep is No. 7 in the latest 3A volleyball poll.
The Aztec girls soccer team is No. 5 in this week’s 4A girls soccer poll.
