Farmington hosts “Socctoberfest” tournament

Forty-one teams from across New Mexico and southwestern Colorado went at it during the 2017 Four Corners Youth Soccer League Socctoberfest tournament Saturday and today at Farmington Soccer Complex.

More than 600 boys and girls soccer players fought for the ball and both sides of the pitch.

There were teams from Farmington, Albuquerque, Zuni, Pagosa Springs, Colo., among some other locations.
