Connie Mack WS championship bracket play starts tonight

FARMINGTON – The 2019 Connie Mack World Series championship bracket is all set.

The first two matchups (Nashville Knights/Cheyenne Post 6 and Frozen Ropes-Florence/Phenom Texas) will be at 5:15 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. tonight at Ricketts Park.

The next four games will be played all day today at Ricketts, ending with the 4-Corners Frackers taking on D-BAT Elite Griffis at 8 p.m. Monday.

The Colton Nighthawks, Southern California Renegades and Frozen Ropes-Florence all won their respective pools with 3-0 pool play records.

The championship bracket is a double-elimination format.

The losers of Games 1 and 2 will square off in the consolation side of the bracket at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Farmington Sports Complex, followed by the losers of Games 3 and 4 at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the Farmington Sports Complex.

The Midland Redskins, who will face Frozen Ropes-Thornton at 10 a.m. Monday, eye a CMWS three-peat and their 16th title in program history.
