FARMINGTON — The Farmington man killed in a crash Sunday in western North Dakota has been identified as Micah Martinez.

Martinez, 30, was the driver of a Ford F150 pickup truck struck by a semitrailer at 10 p.m. Sunday at a U.S. Highway 85 intersection near Alexander, N.D., according to a media release.

Martinez failed to stop at the intersection, and his vehicle was struck by the semitrailer, the release states.

Two passengers — Ewing Todacheene, 29, of Bloomfield, and Mauricio Rosales, 30, of Lubbock, Texas — were injured in the crash.

A spokeswoman for the McKenzie County Hospital in Watford City, N.D., said Tuesday morning that Taodacheene had been treated and released.

A third passenger — Darrell Donahue, 26, of Reno, Nev. — was also killed in the crash.

According to the release, it is unclear if the men in the pickup truck were wearing seat belts.

The driver of the semitrailer was not injured in the crash.
