1. Describe your platform and why you are running for office.

When I originally ran for trustee, I wanted to give people a greater choice of candidates. As far as a platform, I’m eager to help out with the building blocks of Kirtland’s government. I want to make sure I do my best for all the people of Kirtland — those who are in the town now and those who will be annexed in — and give all the people an equal voice.

2. What do you think is the biggest challenge facing Kirtland?

Kirtland’s biggest challenge is the waste-water infrastructure situation. It is something that will take a lot of money and a lot of time to accomplish. We want to get the entire community tied into the Farmington waste-water system and get rid of our septic tank problem.
