Real-estate agent's kids find naked couple in house
GREAT FALLS, Mont. — The children of a real-estate agent setting up for an open house over the weekend found a naked couple in one of the bedrooms.
A 22-year-old woman and 17-year-old boy ran from the home after the elementary school age children ran to their father, who also saw the two people on the floor, according to a police report. Police located them later.
Briana Noel Moore, 22, whose last known address was Helena, Mont., is accused of felony burglary and misdemeanor criminal mischief in connection with the break-in of the vacant home. Moore told police that her companion, whose name was not released because he is being charged as a juvenile, kicked in the rear door of the home to get inside, according to charging documents.
The door was kicked in with such force that it split down the middle, the real-estate agent's lockbox was damaged and a window screen was torn, the documents said. The damage was estimated to be less than $1.500.
