FARMINGTON — Construction of the Brookside Bay Water Park has restricted access points to both the skate park and the playground near the pool at Brookside Park, according to a Facebook post by Farmington Parks, Recreation and Cultural Affairs.

People can access the playground and the skate park from Dustin Avenue.

The city anticipates opening the water park in 2019.
