Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Andrew Lucero was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on April 4 at the intersection of Lark Avenue and North Fairview Avenue for alleged driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Mandee Gutierrez was arrested at 10:33 a.m. on April 4 on the 3000 block of East Main Street for alleged disorderly conduct.

• Brian Tsosie was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on April 4 on the 3000 block of East Main Street for alleged shoplifting and trespass.

​​​​​​​• Henry Salt was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on April 4 on the 3000 block of East Main Street for alleged glue, aerosol spray or mouthwash; abuse or possession for abuse.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​• Derek Tsosie was arrested at 4:33 p.m. on April 4 on the 900 block of Municipal Drive due to an arrest warrant.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 6:48 a.m. in the 300 block of Airport Drive. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 7:08 a.m. in the 4000 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a larceny at 9:02 a.m. in the 2600 block of East 20th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 10:04 a.m. in the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 10:47 a.m. at the intersection of North Butler Avenue and East Apache Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 11:07 a.m. in the 3800 block of Highland View Drive. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 12:14 p.m. in the 600 block of East 20th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 1:17 p.m. in the 3000 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 1:38 p.m. in the 1000 block of North Sullivan Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an animal complaint/investigation at 3:28 p.m. in the 1000 block of Zuni Drive. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 4:28 p.m. in the 3800 block of Highland View Drive. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 4:55 p.m. at the intersection of South Browning Parkway and Bloomfield Highway. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 6:08 p.m. in the 4000 block of Cedar Drive. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 9:38 a.m. in the 1100 block of Fairgrounds Road. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of battery at 10:47 p.m. in the 2600 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
