The Farmington Public Library's Cottonwood Concert Series continued today with a performance by the Zia Chicks.

The group performed an afternoon show in the library rotunda and an evening show outside on the library lawn. The series is now in its third year and features a mix of local and regional touring acts in a variety of genres. All performances are free, and visitors are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and a picnic basket to the outdoors concerts.

The series continues on Friday, July 14 with a pair of performances by A Lifetime to Overcome. Visit or call 599-1270 for more information.
