FARMINGTON — New Mexico Department of Transportation and Federal Highway Administration officials are planning a public meeting to discuss plans and designs for phase five of the U.S. Highway 64 widening project.

An open house about the project will begin at 6 p.m. Thursday in the multi-purpose building at McGee Park, 41 County Road 5568. The open house will be followed by a presentation at 6:15 p.m. People who attend will have the opportunity to ask questions and offer comments.
