FARMINGTON — San Juan Regional Medical Center is offering free flu vaccines at five locations throughout the county.

The first clinic will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, in the north visitor parking lot at San Juan Regional Medical Center, 801 W Maple St. in Farmington. It will be a drive-thru clinic, according to a press release from the hospital. People who go through the drive-thru should wear short-sleeve shirts. Signs in the parking lot, located on the corner of Maple Street and Schwartz Avenue, will direct drivers to the nurses.

The second clinic will be from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, at the Bloomfield Senior Center, 124 Ash Ave.

The Aztec Senior Center will host a clinic from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, at 101 S. Park Ave.

A new location has also been added this year. From 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 2, flu shots will be available at Valley Fire Department Station 1, 4105 U.S. Highway 64 in Kirtland.

San Juan Health Partners will host a flu shot clinic from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, at its medical office building, 407 S. Schwartz Ave. in Farmington.
