Because of a billing systems error, the December statements for home delivery subscribers were not mailed. Some customers received two bills in the mail this week, one dated December and one dated January. The amount due for December and January are on the January statement, so customers may disregard the December 2015 statement.

We offer our apologies and are working to fix the error and prevent it from happening in the future.

If you have billing questions, you may call our customer service line at 877-321-0015 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to noon Sunday.

The Daily Times office is closed Saturday and Sunday.
