Farmington district plans family-school meeting

FARMINGTON – The Farmington Municipal School District is hosting an informational meeting about its proposed Family-School Partnership program on Monday at Northeast Elementary School, 1400 E. 23rd St.
The Daily Times has reported the district is looking to implement the program in August for the start of the 2016-2017 school year.The meeting will run from from 6 to 6:30 p.m. Administrators will answer questions about and introduce the new program in which students will split their instruction time between a district classroom and their home.

Any family interested in having their children participate in this new program needs to attend the event.
