Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Mandee Gutierrez was arrested at 2:44 p.m. on Sept. 29 on the 4000 block of East 30th Street on an arrest warrant.

• Chad Yazzie was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on Sept. 29 on the 700 block of West Main Street on a warrant for contempt.

• Terrell Hardy was arrested at 11:16 a.m. on Sept. 29 at the Airport Drive and Walnut Drive for alleged driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to obey traffic control legend.

• Suzanna Nezwood was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Sept. 29 on the 3000 block of East Main Street on an arrest warrant.

• Kyle Clah was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on Sept. 29 on the 300 block of Airport Drive on an arrest warrant.

• Dakota Singer was arrested at 2:06 a.m. on Sept. 29 on the 1600 block of East Broadway Avenue for alleged distribution with intent to distribute marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids, careless driving, aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, possession of marijuana and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Police responded to a report of a stabbing at 12:04 a.m. on the 800 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a vehicle complaint at 2:06 a.m. on the 1600 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 10:30 a.m. in the 2500 block of East 24th Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a criminal damage to property at 12:50 p.m. in the 1200 block of East Navajo Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a down subject at 2 a.m. on the 700 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a battery at 2:45 p.m. at the intersection of East Animas Street and South Mesa Verde Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a non-domestic fight at 4:05 p.m. on the 4600 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 7:09 p.m. on the 1700 block of Schofield Lane. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a criminal damage to property at 8:55 p.m. in the 3300 block of North Mesa Verde Avenue. A report was taken.​​​​​​

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 10:53 p.m. on the 2200 block of East 16th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a vehicle complaint at 11:56 p.m. at the intersection of Bisti Highway and West Murray Drive. A report was taken.
