Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Cuong Tran was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on Sept. 21 on the 1000 block of Smith Lane for alleged driving under the influence of drugs.

• Brent Peterson was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Sept. 21 on the 6400 block of Red Rock Drive for alleged battery against a household member.

• Sharene Tso was arrested at 5:43 p.m. on Sept. 21 on the 1400 block of West Main Street due to an arrest warrant along with alleged shoplifting.

• Charmaine Harvey was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Sept. 21 on the 2100 block of Bloomfield Highway for alleged disorderly conduct, assault of peace officer and cruelty or neglect of a child.

• Ronda Sullivan was arrested at 12:29 a.m. on Sept. 21 on the 2100 block of Bloomfield Highway for alleged disorderly conduct and cruelty or neglect of a child.

• Colbert Begay was arrested at 12:07 a.m. on Sept. 21 on the 1500 block of Oriole Avenue for alleged assault of peace officer.

• Donavan Frank was arrested at 2:54 p.m. on Sept. 21 on the 3500 block of East Main Street for alleged out of state fugitive, shoplifting and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Kedric Platero was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on Sept. 21 on the 400 block of Scott Avenue due to an arrest warrant.

• Police conducted a welfare check at 12:41 a.m. on the 2100 block of Bloomfield Highway. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 2:05 a.m. on the 3900 block of Knollcrest Drive. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 7:28 a.m. on the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 10:08 a.m. in the 4300 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of fraud/forgery at 1:07 p.m. in the 4000 block of East 30th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 2:41 p.m. on the 2500 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a non-domestic fight at 4:05 p.m. on the 2800 block of Parque Del Norte Drive. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a battery at 6:03 p.m. on the 1000 block of Sycamore Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a non-domestic fight at 8:49 p.m. on the 300 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 10:34 p.m. on the 900 block of Fairgrounds Road. A report was taken.
