Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Leandro Tyler was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on Sept. 20 on the 700 block of West Main Street for alleged criminal trespass and shoplifting.

• Joseph Gutierrez was arrested at 1:08 p.m. on Sept. 20 on the 4600 block of East Main Street for alleged auto burglary, battery, larceny and disorderly conduct.

• William Yazzie was arrested at 9 a.m. on Sept. 20 on the 400 block of Scott Avenue for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Lorraine Benally was arrested at 7:51 a.m. on Sept. 20 on the 1400 block of West Main Street for alleged shoplifting.

• Myles Joe was arrested at 4:12 p.m. on Sept. 20 on the 200 block of North Orchard Avenue for alleged conduct offensive to public well-being.

• Police investigated a report of a recovered stolen auto at 6:18 a.m. in the 1000 block of Bisti Highway. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 7:51 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a liquor violation at 8:42 a.m. on the 400 block of Scott Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 9:30 a.m. in the 1200 block of North Butler Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 12:14 p.m. on the 4900 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of lost/found property at 12:24 p.m. in the 600 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 1:38 p.m. at the intersection of East Pinon Hills Boulevard and College Boulevard. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 2:08 p.m. at the intersection of West Animas Street and South Schwartz Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 2:22 p.m. in the 5700 block of College Boulevard. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of battery at 4:32 p.m. on the 1100 block of Chaco Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 5:05 p.m. on the East 30th Street and North Butler Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of battery at 5:09 p.m. on the 1600 block of Ojo Court. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a non-domestic fight at 7:06 p.m. on the 1600 block of North Fairview Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 8:41 p.m. in the 2600 block of North Dustin Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of larceny at 11:10 p.m. in the 1400 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
