Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.
• Aaron Shorty was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 19 on the 1900 block of North Dustin Avenue due to an arrest warrant.
• Desirea Alcon was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on Sept. 19 on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue for alleged shoplifting and criminal trespass.
• Brandy Dimas was arrested at 3:24 a.m. on Sept. 19 at the intersection of Southside River Road and Bloomfield Boulevard due to an arrest warrant.
• Pressy Marquez was arrested at 12:27 a.m. on Sept. 19 at the intersection of County Road 5820 and U.S. Highway 64 for alleged aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug, possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked.
• Lyman Henry was arrested at 12:57 a.m. on Sept. 19 on the 800 block of East Broadway Avenue for alleged aggravated battery.
• Thomas Kinsel was arrested at 6:28 p.m. on Sept. 19 on the 1300 block of Smith Lane for alleged aggravated battery.
• Rachel Thomas was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 19 at the intersection of South Orchard Avenue and East Broadway Avenue for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, open container of alcohol, display of registration plate and temp permit and paraphernalia for controlled substances.
• Jonah Sandoval was arrested at 9 p.m. on Sept. 19 at the intersection of South Orchard Avenue and East Broadway Avenue for alleged paraphernalia for controlled substances and open container of alcohol.
• Wayne Muskett-Bitsilly was arrested at 7:29 p.m. on Sept. 19 on the 4600 block of East Main Street due to an arrest warrant along with alleged glue, aerosol spray or mouthwash; abuse or possession for abuse and shoplifting.
• Mariana Hernandez was arrested at 5 p.m. on Sept. 19 on the 500 block of West Broadway Avenue due to an arrest warrant along with alleged battery against a household member, tampering with evidence and deprivation of property of household member.
• Arthur Notzy was arrested at 12:03 p.m. on Sept. 19 on the 300 block of Airport Drive for alleged criminal trespass.
• Fernanda Smart was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on Sept. 19 at the intersection of San Juan Boulevard and South Tucker Avenue due to an arrest warrant.
• Zane Tso was arrested at 10:35 a.m. on Sept. 19 on the 400 block of Scott Avenue for alleged trespass.
• Jeffery George was arrested at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 19 on the 400 block of Scott Avenue for alleged criminal trespass.
