Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• James Albin was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 9 on the 900 block of Municipal Drive on an arrest warrant.

• Martijn Yazzie was arrested at 8:56 a.m. on Aug. 9 on the 1000 block of Sycamore Street for alleged unlawful possession of marijuana and paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Landis Benally was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 9 on the 1800 block of Brookside Drive on an arrest warrant.

• Felicia Padilla was arrested at 2:11 a.m. on Aug. 9 on the 1400 block of West Main Street for alleged possession of other controlled substance, bringing contraband into a jail, possession, consumption, sale or service in public places, driving while license suspended, possession of marijuana and no insurance.

• Charles Brow was arrested at 10:49 p.m. on Aug. 9 on the 100 block of West Elm Street for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Roland Gregory was arrested at 2:27 p.m. on Aug. 9 on the 3800 block of Highland View Drive for an arrest warrant along with alleged use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of other controlled substance.

• Steve Montoya was arrested at 6:31 p.m. on Aug. 9 on the 3000 block of East Main Street for an arrest warrant along with alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, driving on roadways laned for traffic and financial responsibility.

• Daniel Singleton was arrested at 7:19 p.m. on Aug. 9 on the 1600 block of Bloomfield Boulevard for an arrest warrant along with alleged resisting or obstructing an officer.

• Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle at midnight on the 2600 block of Southside River Road. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a vehicle complaint/investigation at 8:06 a.m. on the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a liquor violation at 8:44 a.m. on the 700 block of South Miller Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a liquor violation at 10:49 a.m. on the 100 block of West Elm Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a battery at 11:17 p.m. on the 3700 block of English Road. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a stolen vehicle at 11:23 a.m. in the 2300 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 12:45 p.m. in the 4600 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a lost/found property at 2:52 p.m. in the 4400 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 7:19 p.m. on the 1600 block of Bloomfield Boulevard. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a larceny at 8:14 p.m. in the 1600 block of Bloomfield Boulevard. A report was taken.
