Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Ryan Shirley was arrested at 8:03 p.m. on July 28 on the 1200 block of West Apache Street due to two arrest warrants along with alleged unlawful possession of marijuana, paraphernalia for controlled substances and concealing identity.

• Harriet Greyhair was arrested at 2:58 a.m. on July 28 on the 1600 block of East Broadway Avenue for alleged driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

• Johan Olivas-Chavira was arrested at 12:24 a.m. on July 28 at the intersection of East Main Street and North Browning Parkway for alleged unlicensed driving, racing on highways and reckless driving.

• Rodriquez Lee was arrested at 3 p.m. on July 28 on the 1800 block of Brookside Drive for alleged resisting or obstructing an officer and concealing identity.

• Andrew Etsitty was arrested at 4:37 p.m. on July 28 on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue for alleged dumping of litter, shoplifting, resisting or obstructing an officer and minor in possession.

• Tyrone Begay was arrested at 3 p.m. on July 28 on the 900 block of North Auburn Avenue due to an arrest warrant.

• Police responded to a report of a vehicle complaint at 2:58 a.m. on the 1600 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of larceny at 1:38 p.m. in the 1800 block of East 20th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 4:24 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of trespassing at 4:51 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a down subject at 6:51 p.m. at intersection of East Apache Street and North Wall Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 9:25 p.m. in the 2400 block of Huntzinger Avenue. A report was taken.
