Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Justin Marin was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on May 23 at the intersection of South Graham Road and East Murray Drive for an arrest warrant along with alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, open container of alcohol and authority to designate through highways and stop and yield intersections.

• Mareesha Singer was arrested at 6:06 a.m. on May 23 at the intersection of North Butler Avenue and Sunrise Parkway due to an arrest warrant along with alleged speeding up to 10 mph over.

• Peter Begay was arrested at 5:54 a.m. on May 23 at the intersection of West Main Street and West Apache Street due to an arrest warrant.

• Roger Wells was arrested at 4:21 a.m. on May 23 on the 2500 block of Bloomfield Highway due to an arrest warrant.

• Tara King was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on May 23 on the 2300 block of West Apache Street for an arrest warrant along with possession of a controlled substance, operation of vehicles on approach of authorized emergency vehicles, driving a vehicle at night without lighted lamps, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of drugs.

• Kordell Dryden was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on May 23 at the intersection of Southside River Road and Browning Parkway for alleged aggravated second DWI, display of registration plate, no proof of insurance and no driver's license.

• Briana Wagon was arrested at 5:35 a.m. on May 23 on the 1400 block of Bisti Highway for alleged driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids and open container.

• Jose Sotelo was arrested at 12:49 p.m. on May 23 on the 900 block of West Main Street due to an arrest warrant along with alleged paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Damian Martinez was arrested at 3:58 p.m. on May 23 on the 1600 block of East Cedar Street for an arrest warrant.

• Eynn Lee was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on May 23 on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places and shoplifting.

• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 10:37 a.m. on the 1800 block of North Laguna Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 1:18 p.m. at the intersection of San Juan Boulevard and Fairview Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 3:04 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 4:38 p.m. on the 2300 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 6:01 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and Beckland Drive. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of non-domestic fight at 6:15 p.m. on the 2500 block of East 16th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 7:52 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 8:56 p.m. on the 2200 block of Sunset Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of vehicle complaint at 9:07 p.m. on the 2600 block of East 20th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an unwanted subject at 10:48 p.m. on the 3500 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
