Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Ronald Etsitty was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on April 21 at the intersection of South Miller Avenue and East Main Street due to a warrant for failure to appear.

• Emerson Yazzie was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on April 21 on the 1600 block of West Main Street for alleged concealing identity and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Charity Martinez was arrested at 2:10 p.m. on April 21 on the 1000 block of Glade Lane for alleged paraphernalia for controlled substances and idling, loitering or prowling.

• Mariah Padilla was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on April 21 on the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue for a warrant for failure to appear.

• Courtney John was arrested at 2:04 a.m. on April 21 on the 600 block of North Duncan Avenue for alleged aggravated battery against a household member and interference with communications.

• Victoria Vandever was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on April 21 on the 1000 block of Bisti Highway for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

• Marilynn Betselie was arrested at 12:37 a.m. on April 21 on the 500 block of Scott Avenue for two arrest warrants along with alleged possession of a controlled substance, fraudulent use of a credit card, theft of a credit card by taking or retaining possession of card taken, theft of identity; obtaining identity by electronic fraud and larceny of property.

• Police responded to a report of a liquor violation at 12:26 a.m. in the 700 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of larceny at 12:37 p.m. in the 500 block of Scott Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of battery at 2:04 a.m. in the 600 block of North Dustin Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a suspicious person/vehicle at 4:39 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Navajo Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of narcotics at 11:04 a.m. in the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 11:17 a.m. in the 900 block of Glade Lane. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an animal complaint at 1:47 p.m. in the 2400 block of North Mesa Verde Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 4:39 p.m. in the 400 block of East 18th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 6:05 p.m. in the 900 block of Glade Lane. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 8:51 p.m. in the 3500 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an armed subject at 9:40 p.m. in the 800 block of New Mexico Highway 516. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of narcotics at 11:47 p.m. at the intersection of South Hutton Road and East Elm Street. A report was taken.
