Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

 • Adrian Mestas was arrested on March 21 at 12:10 a.m. on the 2500 block of Bloomfield Highway for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

 • Lathaniel Smiley was arrested on March 21 at 1:52 a.m. on the 100 block of Animas Street for alleged resisting or obstructing an officer.

 • Damonique Beyale was arrested on March 21 at 4:14 p.m. on the 2800 block of East 22nd Street due to an arrest warrant along with alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places, possession, sale and use of THC-like synthetic cannabinoids and criminal damage to property.

 • Cherilyn Benallie was arrested on March 21 at 6:13 p.m. at the intersection of East 20th Street and Clayton Avenue for alleged driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Eddison Dennison Jr. was arrested on March 21 at 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and South Court Avenue for two arrest warrants.

• Breanna Beyale was arrested on March 21 at 12:15 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and South Court Avenue for two arrest warrants.

• Audriana Mendoza was arrested on March 21 at 12:55 p.m. on the 2100 block of East 20th Street for an arrest warrant along with alleged resisting or obstructing an officer, driving while license suspended, aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, concealing identity, vehicles turning left at intersection, driving on divided highways, immediate notice of accidents, duty upon striking fixtures or other property upon a highway and leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to vehicle.

• Police responded to a report of trespassing at 1:52 a.m. on the 100 block of West Animas Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 6:25 a.m. on the 5500 block of U.S. Highway 550. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 7:50 a.m. on the 600 block of South Carlton Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a larceny at 8:15 a.m. on the 2600 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 9:15 a.m. on the 100 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police conducted an animal investigation at 11:38 a.m. on the 1100 block of La Plata Highway. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of larceny at 12:05 p.m. on the 2100 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 12:55 p.m. on the 2100 block of East 20th Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 2:53 p.m. on the 100 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a non-domestic fight at 3:36 p.m. at the intersection of South Locke Avenue and West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of battery at 6:12 p.m. on the 300 block of West Animas Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 9:22 p.m. on the 2100 block of Bisti Highway. A report was taken.
