Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Mariah Gallegos was arrested on Nov. 16 at 12:58 a.m. at the intersection of South Miller Avenue and East Animas Street in Farmington for alleged aggravated DUI, driving on roadways laned for traffic, open container of alcohol and tail lamps required.

• Timothy Begay was arrested on Nov. 16 at 1:27 a.m. on the 600 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for an arrest warrant.

• Varyn Benally was arrested on Nov. 17 at 2:15 a.m. on the 2000 block of Troy King Road in Farmington for alleged paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Josiah Westbrook was arrested on Nov. 17 at 4:03 a.m. on the 2800 block of Parque De Oeste Road in Farmington for alleged battery against a household member.

• Lenora Tahy was arrested on Nov. 17 at 8:56 a.m. on the 700 block of East 20th Street in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Mario Watchman was arrested on Nov. 17 at 9:44 a.m. on the 600 block of East 20th Street in Farmington for alleged battery and shoplifting.

• Steven Jack was arrested on Nov. 17 at 10:38 a.m. on the 4600 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Avery Betsuie was arrested on Nov. 17 at 10:44 a.m. on the 500 block of West Broadway Avenue in Farmington for an arrest warrant.

• Harold Johnson was arrested on Nov. 17 at 10:56 a.m. on the 600 block of East 20th Street in Farmington for alleged multiple convictions of battery or aggravated battery.

• Brian Etcitty was arrested on Nov. 17 at 12:22 p.m. on the 800 block of North Monterey Avenue in Farmington for an arrest warrant along with paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Gilbert Roger was arrested on Nov. 17 at 12:22 p.m. on the 800 block of North Monterey Avenue in Farmington for an arrest warrant along with paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Harold Weeks was arrested on Nov. 17 at 12:44 p.m. on the 100 block of West Animas Street in Farmington for alleged trespass.

• Shawn Jacob was arrested on Nov. 17 at 12:44 p.m. on the 100 block of West Animas Street in Farmington for alleged trespass.

• Gilbert Barber was arrested on Nov. 17 at 12:44 p.m. on the 100 block of West Animas Street in Farmington for alleged glue, aerosol spray or mouthwash; abuse or possession for abuse.

• Terry Johnson was arrested on Nov. 17 at 1:26 p.m. on the 100 block of West Elm Street in Farmington for an arrest warrant.

• Loren Brody was arrested on Nov. 17 at 2:26 p.m. on the 100 block of West Elm Street in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Sharon Martinez was arrested on Nov. 17 at 2:38 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.

• Rebecca Martinez was arrested on Nov. 17 at 3:11 p.m. on the 700 block of Tamarack Street in Farmington due to a warrant for failure to appear.

• Shyla Gray was arrested on Nov. 17 at 6:20 p.m. on the 4600 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.

• Michael Perry was arrested on Nov. 17 at 6:25 p.m. at the intersection of Bisti Highway and Upper Fruitland Highway in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass.

• Avery Joe was arrested on Nov. 17 at 7:30 p.m. on the 300 block of West Animas Street in Farmington due to a warrant for failure to appear along with alleged out of state fugitive, concealing identity and criminal trespass.

• Adrian Begaye was arrested on Nov. 17 at 7:55 p.m. on the 1700 block of Cliffside Drive in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass.

• Roy Knipp was arrested on Nov. 17 at 10 p.m. on the 400 block of East Comanche Street in Farmington for alleged battery against a household member.

• Sheryl Pioche was arrested on Nov. 17 at 10:15 p.m. at the intersection of South Auburn Avenue and West Pinon Street in Farmington for alleged driving under the influence of drugs and driving on roadways laned for traffic.

• Qiana Todachine was arrested on Nov. 17 at 11:50 p.m. at the intersection of Poulson Avenue and East Murray Drive in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, paraphernalia for controlled substances and unlawful possession of marijuana.

• Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 11:22 a.m. on the 600 block of North Monterey Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 3:05 p.m. on the 4900 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 6:25 p.m. at the intersection of Bisti Highway and Upper Fruitland Highway. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 9:15 p.m. on the 400 block of East Comanche Street. A report was taken.
