Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Johnnie Staley was arrested on Oct. 29 at 9:18 a.m. at the intersection of West Main Street and West Apache Street in Farmington due to a warrant for failure to appear, along with alleged drivers must be licensed and yield right of way.
• Jose Garcia was arrested on Oct. 29 at 5:45 p.m. on the 1600 block of Bloomfield Boulevard in Farmington for an arrest warrant along with alleged concealing identity.
• Erica Funmaker was arrested on Oct. 29 at 11:37 a.m. on the 900 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington for a warrant for failure to appear.
• Penelope Hogue was arrested on Oct. 29 at 11:37 a.m. on the 900 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington for a warrant for failure to appear.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 12:56 p.m. on the 1600 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 2:20 p.m. on the 3800 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 3:44 p.m. on the 6200 block of Dee Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of down subject at 4:34 p.m. on the 300 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle at 5:40 p.m. on the 2600 block of East 20th Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of larceny at 6:03 p.m. on the 900 block of Fairgrounds Road. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of return vehicle to owner at 6:29 p.m. at the intersection of North Butler Avenue and East Ute Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of burglary at 9:06 p.m. on the 2600 block of North Dustin Avenue. A report was taken.
