Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Rebecca Tulley was arrested on Oct. 19 at 1 a.m. on the 900 block of East Main Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Avery Joe was arrested on Oct. 19 at 1 a.m. on the 900 block of East Main Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Rafael Thomas was arrested on Oct. 19 at 12:44 a.m. on the 100 block of West Elm Street in Farmington for alleged trespass and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• Benjamin Baker was arrested on Oct. 19 at 12:47 a.m. at the intersection of Scott Avenue and East Main Street in Farmington for alleged possession of a controlled substance, drivers must be licensed and open container of alcohol.
• William Whitehorse was arrested on Oct. 19 at 8:30 a.m. on the 900 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington due to a warrant for failure to appear.
• Justin Roy was arrested on Oct. 19 at 10:10 a.m. on the 800 block of West Maple Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Shawn Tsosie was arrested on Oct. 19 at 10:42 a.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged aggressive solicitation prohibited and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• Justin Roy was arrested on Oct. 19 at 2:44 p.m. on the 2300 block of West Apache Street in Farmington for alleged trespass.
• Jeremiah Jim was arrested on Oct. 19 at 5:30 p.m. on the 4200 block of Applewood Drive in Farmington for alleged battery upon a peace officer, assault upon peace officer, criminal damage to property, battery and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
• Dale Housely was arrested on Oct. 19 at 7:42 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and North Sullivan Avenue in Farmington for alleged trespass.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 1:24 a.m. on the 4200 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an unwanted subject at 2:44 p.m. on the 2300 block of West Apache Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 3:25 p.m. on the 2500 block of East 20th Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 4:26 p.m. on the 100 block of West Boyd Drive. A report was taken.
