Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Bridget Wade was arrested on Oct. 13 at 11:54 p.m. at the intersection of Mission Avenue and Bisti Highway in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Matthew Eaton was arrested on Oct. 13 at 12:29 p.m. on the 1900 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass.
• Forest Edward was arrested on Oct. 13 at 12:53 p.m. on the 900 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged aggravated DUI, driving while license suspended or revoked and open container of alcohol.
• Delbert Pete was arrested on Oct. 13 at 10:01 a.m. on the 400 block of Scott Avenue in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass.
• William Yazzie was arrested on Oct. 13 at 12:42 op.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• Fermin Wilson was arrested on Oct. 13 at 1:55 p.m. on the 2800 block of La Habra Street in Farmington for alleged aggravated battery against a household member, criminal damage to property of household member and driving while license suspended.
• Judith Bengfort was arrested on Oct. 13 at 4:20 p.m. on the 4500 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged abuse of a child and driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
• Timothy Arthur Jr. was arrested on Oct. 13 at 3:40 p.m. on the 100 block of West Elm Street in Farmington for alleged trespass.
• Harrison Johnhat was arrested on Oct. 13 at 3:40 p.m. on the 100 block of West Elm Street in Farmington for alleged trespass and disorderly conduct.
• Roderick Curtis was arrested on Oct. 13 at 3:53 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.
• Weyland Burns was arrested on Oct. 13 at 5:50 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for a warrant for failure to appear, trespass and glue, aerosol spray or mouthwash; abuse or possession for abuse.
• Demetrius Begaye was arrested on Oct. 13 at 10:47 p.m. on the 1800 block of East 20th Street in Farmington for alleged idling, loitering or prowling and paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 11:34 a.m. on the 4200 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a liquor violation at 12:42 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 1:17 p.m. on the 900 block of Farmington Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 6:46 p.m. at the intersection of East Broadway Avenue and South Orchard Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of harassment at 8:27 p.m. on the 4900 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 9:22 p.m. on the 1200 block of North Sullivan Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of abuse/neglect at 11:02 p.m. on the 4900 block of Monteagle Drive. A report was taken.
