Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Ernest Chavez Jr. was arrested on Oct. 6 at 10:53 p.m. on the 800 block of West Maple Street in Farmington for alleged disorderly conduct.
• Gerald Tom was arrested on Oct. 6 at 9:51 p.m. on the 3900 block of Copper Avenue in Farmington for alleged aggravated DUI.
• Rhonda Dan was arrested on Oct. 6 at 8 p.m. on the 2200 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
• Burt Blackburn was arrested on Oct. 6 at 6:44 p.m. on the 1700 block of Schofield Lane in Farmington for alleged battery upon a health care worker, driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
• Mascarenas Harrison was arrested on Oct. 6 at 2:44 p.m. on the 1900 block of North Dustin Avenue in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, driving while license revoked, display of registration plate and use or possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Martijn Yazzie was arrested on Oct. 6 at 2:10 p.m. on the 100 block of Airport Drive in Farmington for alleged concealing identity and paraphernalia for controlled substances.
• Lester Simpson was arrested on Oct. 6 at 11:45 a.m. on the 900 block of Glade Lane in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places and indecent exposure.
• Leonard Lee was arrested on Oct. 6 at 10:02 a.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places and unlawful possession of marijuana.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 12:39 p.m. on the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a vehicle complaint at 2:12 p.m. on the 2800 block of North Dustin Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an animal complaint/investigation at 4:50 p.m. on the 5200 block of Hubbard Road. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a battery at 7:34 p.m. on the 4600 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 9:58 p.m. on the 3500 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a larceny at 10:06 p.m. on the 2200 block of Sunset Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 10:55 p.m. on the 1900 block of Ranch Drive. A report was taken.
