Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Ramon Lopez was arrested on Sept. 23 at 12:03 a.m. at the intersection of Southside River Road and Dekalb Avenue in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, evidence of registration to be signed and exhibited on demand, when lighted lamps are required, license to be carried and exhibited on demand and financial responsibility.
• Charlenea Livingston was arrested on Sept. 23 at 2:12 a.m. on the 3400 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and driving a vehicle at night without lighted lamps.
• Deshawn Bitney Jr. was arrested on Sept. 23 at 11:50 a.m. on the 1000 block of East Cooper Street in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass, unlawful possession of marijuana and paraphernalia for controlled substances.
• Johnathn Lamy was arrested on Sept. 23 at 1:49 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.
• Lorissa Begay was arrested on Sept. 23 at 2:43 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for a warrant for failure to appear.

• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 11:39 a.m. on the 3300 block of North Cochiti Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 12:10 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and Hallmarc Drive. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 5:29 p.m. at the intersection of West Arrington Street and North Auburn Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 7:28 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an armed subject at 8:12 p.m. at the intersection of Finch Avenue and Eagle Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a battery at 8:47 p.m. on the 1100 block of Smith Lane. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 9:18 p.m. on the 4300 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
