Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Shane Rakestraw was arrested on Sept. 22 at 12:08 a.m. on the 3700 block of English Road in Farmington for alleged indecent exposure.
• Leonardo Duncan was arrested on Sept. 22 at 12:36 a.m. on the 900 block of Walnut Drive in Farmington for alleged resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.
• Bryan Joe was arrested on Sept. 22 at 12:36 a.m. on the 900 block of Walnut Drive in Farmington for alleged disorderly conduct.
• Elton Benally was arrested on Sept. 22 at 12:52 a.m. on the 3700 block of Walnut Drive in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• James Ellis was arrested on Sept. 22 at 1:56 a.m. at the intersection of Francis Avenue and Glade Lane in Farmington for alleged aggravated second DWI, possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids and driving while license suspended.
• Rodrick Lee was arrested on Sept. 22 at 1:02 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.
• Matthew Eaton was arrested on Sept. 22 at 1:02 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.
