Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Craig Horn was arrested on Sept. 16 at 9:42 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and North Cochiiti Avenue in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in open containers in a motor vehicle, paraphernalia for controlled substances and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Sept. 16

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 12:08 a.m. on the 1300 block of Little Rabbit Drive. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 2:28 a.m. on the 1600 block of Bloomfield Highway. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 7:59 a.m. on the 200 block of West 20th Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 8:39 a.m. on the 900 block of North Wall Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 10:37 a.m. at the intersection of La Plata Highway and West Piñon Hills Boulevard. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 11:17 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.

​​​​​​​• Police responded to a report of battery at 12:26 p.m. on the 1200 block of Camina Hermosa. A report was taken.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​• Police responded to a report of battery at 6:24 p.m. on the 3900 block of Birmingham Street. A report was taken.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​• Police responded to a report of a strong-arm robbery at 9:09 p.m. at the intersection of West Arrington Street and North Auburn Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 11:07 p.m. on the 600 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
