Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Jon Preuss was arrested on Sept. 13 at 8:45 a.m. on the 2100 block of River Road in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.

• Donovan Yazzie was arrested on Sept. 13 at 8:58 a.m. on the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged battery against a household member and out of state fugitive.

• Lathaniel Smiley was arrested on Sept. 13 at 12:42 p.m. on the 400 block of North Behrend Avenue in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Erica Nelson was arrested on Sept. 13 at 1:49 p.m. on the 400 block of North Behrend Avenue in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Marilyn Begay was arrested on Sept. 13 at 12:42 p.m. on the 400 block of North Behrend Avenue in Farmington for a warrant for failure to appear along with alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.

• Paul MacDonald was arrested on Sept. 13 at 12 a.m. at the intersection of Fairgrounds Road and East Main Street in Farmington for alleged aggravated DUI.

• Alvaro Ronquillo was arrested on Sept. 13 at 2:24 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged resisting or obstructing an officer.

• Ryan Barton was arrested on Sept. 13 at 2:24 p.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged resisting or obstructing an officer.

• Shannon Notah was arrested on Sept. 13 at 4:21 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.

• Titus Wauneka was arrested on Sept. 13 at 3:14 p.m. on the 900 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington for an arrest warrant.

• Shane Mason was arrested on Sept. 13 at 6:27 p.m. on the 400 block of Scott Avenue in Farmington for alleged robbery.

• Mirah Jones was arrested on Sept. 13 at 7:30 p.m. on the 600 block of East 20th Street in Farmington for an arrest warrant.

• Victor Sakima was arrested on Sept. 13 at 7:30 p.m. on the 600 block of East 20th Street in Farmington for a parole violation and alleged shoplifting.

• Police responded to a report of an ordinance violation at 8:23 a.m. on the 3900 block of Buckingham Street. No report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 8:58 a.m. on the 1000 block of West Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of an ordinance violation at 9:40 a.m. on the 2300 block of West Apache Street. A report was taken.

• Police responded to a report of narcotics at 9:46 a.m. on the 5700 block of College Boulevard. A report was taken.
