Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Charis Yazzie was arrested on Sept. 9 at 2:40 p.m. on the 200 block of North Orchard Avenue in Farmington for alleged violation of restraining order prohibiting domestic violence.
• Austin Wagner was arrested on Sept. 9 at 7:58 p.m. on the 3900 block of Country Club Drive in Farmington for alleged assault upon a peace officer, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property of household member and aggravated battery against a household member.
• Harrison Johnhat was arrested on Sept. 9 at 2:47 p.m. on the 900 block of Glade Lane in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• Tyrese Henry was arrested on Sept. 9 at 2:47 p.m. on the 900 block of Glade Lane in Farmington for alleged possession, consumption, sale or service in public places and paraphernalia for controlled substances.
• Charles Reinhardt was arrested on Sept. 9 at 9:45 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged paraphernalia for controlled substances and criminal trespass.
• Rafeal Sandoval was arrested on Sept. 9 at 3:33 a.m. at the intersection of South Laguna Avenue and Oak Street in Farmington for alleged authority to designate through highways and stop and yield intersections, driving while license suspended or revoked and evidence of registration to be signed and exhibited on demand.
• Alicia Ulibarri was arrested on Sept. 9 at 1:44 a.m. at the intersection of Camina Flora Drive and East Murray Drive in Farmington for an arrest warrant.

• Police investigated a report of larceny at 4:46 p.m. in the 2500 block of Bloomfield Highway. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 7:54 p.m. in the 1100 block of Hines Road. A report was taken.
