Arrests

The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Milton Etcitty was arrested on Sept. 6 at 12:50 a.m. on the 600 block of North Monterey Avenue in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.

• Donnalyn Garcia was arrested on Sept. 6 at 1:49 a.m. at the intersection of McCormick School Road and Acacia Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.

• Savoy Martine was arrested on Sept. 6 at 12:33 a.m. on the 2500 block of Lee Avenue in Farmington for alleged disorderly conduct, unlawful possession of marijuana and paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Rafael Thomas was arrested on Sept. 6 at 8:05 a.m. on the 3800 block of East Main Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.

• Raymond Curry was arrested on Sept. 6 at 6:30 p.m. on the 3500 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.

• Michael Charley was arrested on Sept. 6 at 9:02 p.m. on the 4600 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged falsely obtaining services.

• Raymond Curry was arrested on Sept. 6 at 8:56 p.m. on the 1500 block of Bloomfield Boulevard in Farmington for alleged aggressive solicitation prohibited.

• Michael Waybenais was arrested on Sept. 6 at 1:56 p.m. on the 700 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.

• Jose Sotelo Jr. was arrested on Sept. 6 at 3:53 p.m. on the 700 block of West Broadway Avenue in Farmington due to an arrest warrant along with alleged resisting or obstructing an officer and paraphernalia for controlled substances.

• Police responded to a report of domestic fight at 12:33 a.m. on the 2500 block of Lee Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of larceny at 3:26 a.m. in the 500 block of Scott Avenue. A report was taken.

​​​​​​​• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 6:37 a.m. in the 700 block of South Laguna Avenue. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of larceny at 8:43 a.m. in the 2500 block of Riverside Road. A report was taken.

• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 11:11 a.m. in the 700 block of Mesa Vista Drive. A report was taken.
