Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Matthew Yazzie was arrested on June 15 at 12:07 a.m. on the 600 block of Scott Avenue in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, drivers must be licensed, financial responsibility, stop before emerging from alley or private driveway and evidence of registration to be signed and exhibited on demand.
• Melissa Harrison was arrested on June 15 at 11:56 p.m. on the 2500 block of East 20th Street in Farmington for alleged aggravated driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, open container and driving while license revoked.
• Shawn Petznik was arrested on June 15 at 9:45 p.m. at the intersection of North Sullivan Avenue and East 20th Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Lori John was arrested on June 15 at 8:26 p.m. at the intersection of East Navajo Street and Fairgrounds road in Farmington due to an arrest warrant along with alleged driving while license suspended or revoked, financial responsibility, display of registration plate and temp permit.

• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 2:57 p.m. on the 3000 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of incident exposure at 3:37 p.m. on the 100 block of North Locke Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of fraud/forgery at 4:12 p.m. on the 1800 block of Escondido Trail. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of abuse/neglect at 4:58 p.m. on the 800 block of West Maple Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 5:26 p.m. on the 2300 block of West Apache Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of narcotics at 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of McCormick School Road and East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.
