Farmington police blotter for April 16

Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.
• Dewayne Harris was arrested on April 16 at 3 p.m. on the 100 block of West Elm Street in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass.
• Robert Colborn III was arrested on April 16 at 5:10 a.m. on the 900 block of Walnut Drive in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Allen Gonzales was arrested on April 16 at 10 p.m. at the intersection of Randolph Avenue and East Murray Drive in Farmington for alleged aggravated DUI, vehicles entering stop or yield intersection, safety belt use required, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in open containers in a motor vehicle prohibited, driving on roadways laned for traffic, vehicle must be insured/financial responsibility, carrying deadly weapon and unlawful possession of marijuana.
• Ethan Whitehair was arrested on April 16 at 9:24 p.m. on the 800 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged open container and aggravated second DWI.

• Police investigated a report of a criminal damage to property at 1:08 p.m. on the 800 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 2:23 p.m. on the 2200 block of East 12th Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a fraud/forgery at 2:50 p.m. at the intersection of North Dustin Avenue and East Ute Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a criminal damage to property at 2:56 p.m. on the 700 block of McCormick School Road. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 3:54 p.m. at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 4:40 p.m. at the intersection of East Piñon Hills Boulevard and College Boulevard. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a burglary at 5:16 p.m. on the 5100 block of Antelope Junction. A report was taken.
