Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Michael Tsosie was arrested on March 1 at 2:02 a.m. at the intersection of West Murray Drive and South Auburn Avenue in Farmington for alleged fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, display of registration plate and temp permit, authority to designate through highways and stop and yield intersections, financial responsibility, open container of alcohol and failure to obey traffic control legend.
• Teresa Ochs-Lucero was arrested on March 1 at 9:29 a.m. on the 1000 block of Bisti Highway in Farmington for alleged paraphernalia for controlled substances.
• Lathaniel Smiley was arrested on March 1 at 1:45 a.m. on the 300 block of West Animas Street in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass.
• Darrel Turner was arrested on March 1 at 7:35 a.m. on the 3500 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged driving while license suspended or revoked, obstructed windshield and additional lighting equipment.
• Lafe Kinsel was arrested on March 1 at 12:12 a.m. at the intersection of South Behrend Avenue and West Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged disturbance.
• Adrian Peters was arrested on March 1 at 12:12 a.m. at the intersection of South Behrend Avenue and West Broadway Avenue in Farmington for alleged disturbance.
• Shayron Pekin was arrested on March 1 at 2:45 a.m. on the 1700 block of East Elm Street in Farmington for alleged concealing identity.
• Jeremy Hensley was arrested on March 1 at 5:34 p.m. on the 1000 block of North Dustin Avenue in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Daniel Martinez was arrested on March 1 at 3:13 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and East 20th Street in Farmington due to an arrest warrant along with alleged vehicles turning left at an intersection, immediate notice of accidents, duty to give information and render aid, accidents involving damage to vehicle and driving while license suspended or revoked.
• Kathryn Martinez was arrested on March 1 at 1:20 p.m. on the 200 block of Westland Park Drive in Farmington due to an arrest warrant.
• Thomas Ralls was arrested on March 1 at 12:59 p.m. on the 4600 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• Charity Martinez was arrested on March 1 at 12:59 p.m. on the 4600 block of East Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting, aggravated battery upon a peace officer, use or possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
• Lorne Heintze was arrested on March 1 at 1:56 p.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting.

• Police responded to a report of a battery at 8:55 a.m. on the 500 block of East Broadway Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of narcotics at 9:07 a.m. on the 5700 block of College Boulevard. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a larceny at 1:21 p.m. on the 1100 block of North Mesa Verde Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 3:13 p.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and East 20th Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 6:31 p.m. on the 1500 block of East 25th Street. A report was taken.
