Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Roderick Upshaw was arrested on Nov. 8 at 8:38 p.m. on the 3600 block of Piedra Vista Drive in Farmington for an arrest warrant.
• Heather Tsosie was arrested on Nov. 8 at 3:02 p.m. on the 900 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington for an arrest warrant.
• Marc Hegland was arrested on Nov. 8 at 1:44 p.m. on the 900 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington for a warrant for failure to appear.
• George Begaye Jr. was arrested on Nov. 8 at 1:18 p.m. on the 900 block of Glade Lane in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• Paul Naughton was arrested on Nov. 8 at 10:50 a.m. at the intersection of East Spruce Street and South Monterey Avenue in Farmington for an arrest warrant.
• Kamini Harrison was arrested on Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. on the 100 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington for an arrest warrant, alleged trespass and possession, consumption, sale or service in public places.
• Andrew Smith was arrested on Nov. 8 at 9:42 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged criminal trespass.
• Joshua Foghorn was arrested on Nov. 8 at 1:53 a.m. at the intersection of San Juan Boulevard and South Fairview Avenue in Farmington for alleged driving while license suspended, possession of a controlled substance, driving on roadways laned for traffic, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
• Jeremiah Jake was arrested on Nov. 8 at 12:05 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged trespass, assault of a peace officer, disorderly conduct and battery.

• Police responded to a report of narcotics at 2:35 a.m. at the intersection of East Mojave Street and Watson Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 7:49 a.m. at the intersection of East Main Street and Browning Parkway. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a battery at 8:56 a.m. on the 1500 block of East 25th Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of shoplifting at 10:35 a.m. on the 1200 block of San Juan Boulevard. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of fraud/forgery at noon on the 900 block of Municipal Drive. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a nondomestic fight at 2:58 p.m. on the 1000 block of Glade Lane. No report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 6:30 p.m. on the 1600 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of breaking and entering at 7:03 p.m. on the 1100 block of East 35th Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a nondomestic fight at 8:34 p.m. on the 2700 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a domestic fight at 11:57 p.m. on the 600 block of North Monterey Avenue. A report was taken.
