Arrests
The following arrests were reported by the Farmington Police Department. All parties are considered innocent unless proven guilty.

• Maria Minjarez was arrested on Sept. 8 at 1 a.m. at the intersection of Airport Drive and West Apache Stree in Farmington for a warrant for arrest, alleged aggravated
driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor/drugs, financial responsibility and display of registration plate and temp permit.
• Tyson Curley was arrested on Sept. 8 at 1 a.m. at the intersection of Airport Drive and West Apache Stree in Farmington for a warrant for arrest, alleged paraphernalia for controlled substances and unlawful possession of marijuana.
• Jerome Nyers was arrested on Sept. 8 at 10:05 p.m. at the intersection of Cardinal Street and Troy King Road in Farmington for alleged battery upon a peace officer, driving on roadways laned for traffic and driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
• Bryan Chavez was arrested on Sept. 8 at 1:10 a.m. on the 1400 block of West Main Street in Farmington for alleged shoplifting, resisting or obstructing an officer and assault of peace officer.
• Luther Sandoval was arrested on Sept. 8 at 8:24 a.m. on the 1200 block of West Apache Street in Farmington for alleged glue, aerosol spray or mouthwash; abuse or possession for abuse.
• Elmer Billy was arrested on Sept. 8 at 2:50 p.m. on the 900 block of Municipal Drive in Farmington for a warrant for arrest.
• Rebecca Rackley was arrested on Sept. 8 at 12:25 p.m. on the 900 block of Walnut Drive in Farmington for alleged aggravated DUI.
• Ronald Etsitty was arrested on Sept. 8 at 3:30 p.m. on the 600 block of East 30th Street in Farmington for alleged battery against a household member, aggravated assault and false imprisonment.
• Roy Yazzie was arrested on Sept. 8 at 10:59 p.m. at the intersection of North Butler Avenue and East Mojave Street in Farmington for a warrant for arrest.
• Audriana Mendoza was arrested on Sept. 8 at 6:46 p.m. on the 300 block of South Ivie Avenue in Farmington for a warrant for arrest and receiving or transferring stolen vehicles or motor vehicles.
• Manuel Araiza was arrested on Sept. 8 at 7:51 p.m. on the 1600 block of Bloomfield Boulevard in Farmington for a warrant for arrest.
• Joseph Chavez was arrested on Sept. 8 at 9:10 p.m. on the 300 block of South Auburn Avenue in Farmington for alleged resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

• Police responded to a report of a nondomestic fight at 9:41 a.m. on the 100 block of West Broadway Avenue. No report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an armed subject at 11:34 a.m. on the 1300 block of East Murray Drive. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a vehicle subject at 11:54 a.m. on the 700 block of West Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of fraud/forgery at 1:32 p.m. on the 2300 block of East Main Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of criminal damage to property at 2:24 p.m. on the 1900 block of North Dustin Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an armed subject at 3:14 p.m. on the 2200 block of Sunset Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with no injuries at 4:42 p.m. on the 3400 block of East 30th Street. A report was taken.
• Police investigated a report of a recovered stolen auto at 6:05 p.m. on the 300 block of South Ivie Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of a nondomestic fight at 8:52 a.m. on the 300 block of North Auburn Avenue. A report was taken.
• Police responded to a report of an accident with injuries at 8:23 p.m. on the 2700 block of North Sullivan Avenue. A report was taken.
