Farmington police search for shoplifting suspect
Man allegedly shoplifted $1,200 in electronics from Wal-Mart

FARMINGTON — The Farmington Police Department is asking for help identifying a man who was allegedly involved in multiple shoplifting incidents.
A man allegedly shoplifted more than $1,200 in electronics from the Wal-Mart at 4600 E. Main St. in Farmington, according to police spokeswoman Georgette Allen.
The man is described as 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 220 pounds.
The incidents took place on Nov. 16 and Jan. 9. The man allegedly stole several items, including a computer, multiple televisions and a DVD player, Allen said.
The suspect was spotted driving a maroon hatchback car, possibly a Nissan Versa, according to a post on the police department’s Facebook page.
