AZTEC — Rashaud Williams, 18, of Farmington, is wanted by police on allegations he raped a 15-year-old girl in February.

A deputy from the San Juan County Sheriff's Office was dispatched Feb. 28 to the girl's residence after receiving reports of the alleged incident, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

The girl told the deputy Williams forcibly raped her when they were together the night of Feb. 14 at his residence on Sullivan Avenue in Farmington. She told the deputy they met again three or four days later, and he again forced himself on her, penetrating her with his fingers, the affidavit states.

The girl declined to undergo a sexual assault examination, the affidavit states.

Williams initially agreed to speak with a detective about the incident, but instead said his attorney would contact the detective, according to the affidavit. That never happened, according to the affidavit.

Williams' cash-only bond is set at $50,000.
