FARMINGTON — The FBI and the Navajo Nation Division of Public Safety are seeking the public's assistance in identifying two suspects in an armed robbery Thursday at the Shiprock Chat and Chew Restaurant.

Two men entered the restaurant, located on Highway 64 in Shiprock, at 2:45 p.m. Thursday and robbed clerks at knife-point, according to an FBI press release.

One suspect is described as being between 20 and 30 years old and approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a medium build, according to the release.

The other suspect is between 5 feet 4 inches tall and 5 feet 6 inches tall, the release states. He has a thin build and is also between 20 and 30 years old.

Both suspects were dressed in black clothing and wore masks and gloves, the release states.
