Anniversary: Hilda and Lloyd Husted

Lloyd and Hilda Husted will mark 35 years of marriage on June 12.

Hilda and Lloyd Husted, of Farmington, will celebrate their 35th wedding anniversary today.

The couple married on June 12, 1981, at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Farmington, with John Preston officiating. They met through a mutual friends and shared a love for dancing and family.

Lloyd has been a resident of Farmington for more than 60 years. The couple own Raindrops Inc.

The couple has several children, Linda and Rick Smith, of Cortez, Colo.; Cindy Whitaker of Cortez, Colo.; Lloyd D. and Dana Husted of Farmington; Larry Husted, Terri and Joe Stevens of Wetherford, Texas; Aaron and Tammy Powell of Albuquerque; Gay and Guy Campbell of LaVernia, Texas; and Carrie and Rick Rawlinson of Peachtree City, Ga.

They also have 12 grandchildren, Lisa and Matthew Whitaker, Jason and Larry Moffitt, Lloyd Jr. and Amanda Husted, Cody Husted, Chandra and Tyson Powell, Robbie Hatcher, Sarah and Courtney Rawlinson, and 11 great grandchildren, Aspen, Carson, Mattie, Troy, Cynthia, Riley, Peyton, Jeremiah, Serena, McKenzie and Jax.
