Anniversary: Kimberlie and Salomon Martinez

Kimberlie and Salomon Martinez, of Bloomfield, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary today.

They met through friends in college and married on May 8, 1976, in Las Vegas, Nev.

Salomon is retired from the oilfield, and Kimberlie was a stay-at-home mom.

Together, they couple enjoys family, traveling and going to the movies.
