FARMINGTON — Earlier this month, the Aztec High School wrestling program's building committee received a donation of $10,000 from WPX Energy.

The committee, is trying to raise $200,000 to build a new community wrestling facility for Aztec's wrestling program. The building would be constructed behind the auxiliary gym at the high school.

More than 250 wrestlers participate in the school's program.

WPX Energy is also the first company to become a legacy donor to the building fund. Legacy donors are those who give at least $10,000.
