FHS inducts grads into Hall of Honor, Fame

FARMINGTON — Farmington High School inducted several graduates into its Hall of Honor and Hall of Fame during a ceremony on May 23.

Hall of Fame inductees were:

  • Former Farmington High wrestler, Allen Lyon, part of the class of 1969
  • Former Farmington High softball player Piper Marten Ritter, part of the class of 2000
  • Former Farmington High baseball coach Don Lorett, part of the class of 1979
  • The 2006 Farmington High baseball team, which won the 4A state championship

Hall of Honor inductees were:

  • Former Farmington Mayor Robert S. Culpepper, part of the class of 1945
  • Longtime volunteer Cassie Lois (Stiles) Dallas, part of the class of 1943
  • Volunteer and leader in banking industry Myron C. Taylor, part of the class of 1959
  • Author and local historian Marilu Marshall Waybourn part of the class of 1949
