Bloomfield Marine awarded $200K scholarship

Smith, who graduated in 2014 from Charlie Y. Brown High School in Bloomfield, was awarded a $200,000 scholarship through the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps program. He will attended the University of New Mexico, and, after graduation, he will become an officer in the Marine Corps.
