Pets of the Week: Nov. 29

The Daily Times staff

Alsa: This is a sweet gal waiting for her forever home. She can be shy around some people and is choosy of her dog friends. She would like a home where she can have time to adjust since she has been at the shelter for 135 days. She like rawhides and squeaky toys. Stop by the Farmington Regional Animal Shelter and ask to meet Alsa.

Falcor: This is Falcor, a 1-year-old basset and Labrador mix. He has a goofy personality and likes to be out and about. He is looking and hoping to find his forever home soon. Come to the shelter to meet him, and you will want to take him home.

Kruger: Kruger is a fun guy with lots of love to give. He is looking for an active family to adopt him and make him a part of the family. Kruger is a 4-year-old shepherd mix.

Chubby: Chubby is a 2-year-old male border collie mix. He is a big goofball. He is great with everyone once he's used to them and does well with most dogs. He is looking for a home where he will get daily exercise. Come to the shelter and ask to meet Chubby today.

The Farmington Animal Shelter is located at 133 Browning Parkway and can be reached at 505-599-1098. Check for a up-to-date list of pets up for adoption.

Glacier: Glacier is a 4-year-old Perlino gelding. He came to Four Corners Equine Rescue as a stray from the Cuba area. Staff at the rescue named him Glacier for his beautiful blue eyes.

Glacier is currently in natural horsemanship saddle training. He is current on vaccinations, deworming and farrier work. He will be adopted out with an additional training for the horse and human. His adoption fee is $250.
